Terms Of Service

Buying artwork from me means you have read and agreed to all of these terms:

★ All Prices are set in USD(united states dollar)
I will only be taking payment through USD and I am not responsible for incorrect payments. Please do your own conversions.★ I take payment through PayPal & cashapp
These are the only sites I'm comfortable with taking payment unless specifically worked out with the client.★ I take payment upfront or by the time I send you the final sketch
I will only take payment before I've sent the full artwork, to avoid buyer scams. I prefer getting paid upfront, but pay can be delayed until the final sketch is completed. (after the sketch, I will not continue until payed). Payment plans are always an option!★ No refunds after the final sketch has been completed
I have finished too much of the piece at that point to give refunds.
If an issue pops up and you need to cancel your artwork before I send the final sketch I will fully refund you!★ I reserve the right to end a commission for any reason
If the final sketch has not been completed yet, you will receive a full refund. If I have done work farther than the final sketch, you will receive a refund proportionate to work completed. Refunds of this manner can only be done when I abrubtly terminate a contract, and not per buyer request.★ Pricing for special projects is negotiable
If you have something in mind that isnt listed on the pricing chart, talk to me and we can work something out!★ You have to be 13 years or older to order from me
I am not comfortable accepting money from anyone younger than 13!★ Do not use my art for commercial use without credit
I must be credited somewhere accessible when my artwork is being posted or used in any commercial media. Some forms of media are exempt from this rule, like profile pictures or emotes.★ I keep legal possession of the artwork
I can still use your commission art for social media posts or examples on my website unless specifically discussed with me. You may not sell my artwork without my knowledge.★ In situations where payment is never provided:
I will repurpose or re-sell your sketch/artwork for whatever I see fit.★ Please be patient
As an adult with a life away from art, I'm not able to work on commissions 24/7. So please be patient as I work on your art! I will send you updates if you ask for them.★ NSFW
I do draw NSFW artwork for clients who are interested. The separate website link is in the contacts section.
